How do I turn off personalized ads?
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and turn the game off. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can also change your choices from AD CHOICES in the game's settings.
How do I restore a purchase or manage a subscription?
Purchases are handled by Apple. To cancel or change a subscription, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
I deleted a game. Is my progress gone?
Inki Run and Inki Ace save progress on your device only, so it comes back with an iCloud or computer backup but not after deleting the app. In Word Duel, progress on an account is kept with your account.
