Inki Run · Privacy Policy

Your privacy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Inki Run (“the game”) is made by Favalia (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • There is no account or sign-in. We don't collect your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
  • Your progress and settings are saved only on your device.
  • The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect some device and usage information to show and measure ads, as explained below.
  • Notifications are off until you turn them on. If you do, your device is registered with Apple and Google Firebase so we can send game news.

1. INFORMATION SAVED ON YOUR IPHONE

Your stage progress, stars, best Endless distance, runner and outfit choices, settings (sound, vibration, theme) and counters used to space out ads are stored in the game's own storage on your iPhone. This information is not sent to us or anyone else. It is included in your own iCloud or computer backups of your iPhone, and deleting the game deletes it.

Reminders

If you turn on reminders, the game asks iOS to show you a few notifications after you stop playing (for example “Stage 32 is waiting”). They are created and scheduled on your device from your saved progress; nothing is sent to us or anyone else. You can turn them off in the game's Settings or in your device's notification settings.

Game news (push notifications)

With notifications on, the game can also receive news, such as new stages or events. To deliver them, the game registers your device with the Apple Push Notification service and with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Firebase records the push token with an installation identifier, and collects the device model, language, time zone, iOS version and app version to deliver messages and manage subscriptions. Nothing is registered until you say yes. You can turn notifications off at any time with NOTIFICATIONS in the game's Settings or in your device's notification settings. See the Firebase privacy information.

2. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The game is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC, or Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA and Switzerland). To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the game may collect:

  • Device identifiers: the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) and, only if you allow tracking, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
  • IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (such as your country or city).
  • Ad and usage data, such as which ads were shown, taps on ads, video views and app launches.
  • Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and performance information from the ads SDK.

Google uses this information to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and, where you have allowed it, show ads that are more relevant to you. The game asks Google not to show ads meant for mature audiences.

Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. YOUR CHOICES

  • Tracking: the first time you open the game, iOS asks whether Inki Run may track you. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not shared and ads are not personalized using tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google's consent form is shown the first time you open the game. You can review or change your choices at any time from AD CHOICES in the game's Settings.
  • Personalized ads: you can also reset or limit ad personalization in your device's settings and at adssettings.google.com.

The game plays the same whatever you choose.

4. CHILDREN

Inki Run is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.

5. SHARING, SALE AND RETENTION

We don't sell your personal information and we don't receive or store personal information about you on any server. Information collected by Google through the ads SDK and Firebase Cloud Messaging is handled and kept by Google under its own policies. Information saved on your iPhone stays there until you delete the game.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to or limit its use. Because we don't hold personal information about you, requests about advertising data are best made to Google through the links above, but you're always welcome to contact us and we'll help.

7. CHANGES

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
